What's best for pregnant teen in DCF's care?

Re the April 28 story Girl, 13, fighting DCF bid to block abortion:
Fewer than one-third of teens who become mothers finish high school.
Only 1.5 percent earn a college degree by age 30, and most remain
permanently trapped in poverty. Pregnancy also threatens girls'
health. Compared to women who first become mothers in their 20s, teen
moms are more likely to develop pregnancy-related illnesses, including
high-blood pressure and anemia and, later in life, hypertension and
obesity.

Their children are equally vulnerable. Compared to children born to
older mothers, they have more health problems but receive less
healthcare. Because their mothers are typically immature, the babies
commonly do not get essential nurturing or cognitive stimulation. They
are 50 percent more likely to repeat a grade in school. They also
suffer double the rates of abuse and neglect.

How can anyone find good in forcing a 13-year-old child to have a
baby?
