Default formula advertising, or not?

Yesterday I saw an advert for the agency that runs several local day care
centres. In big letters it said "nappies, formula milk and healthy meals
included" and basically nothing else, only a telephone number and web
address.

Oh dear... badly worded, but I do see what they mean. Lots of uk daycares
don't provide food or nappies for under-ones, parents have to provide their
own bottles (formula or ebm), nappies, wipes etc, even weaning foods need to
be provided by parents. So this *kind-of* is a selling point for this
daycare - "we provide for all baby's needs", sort of thing. Saves parents a
fortune :-) Still it could be better worded - like, "we provide food and
nappies, and welcome expressing mums"... or something! Why not suggest it to
them for their next ad?
