how to lose custody
Recent case law declares a duty of the custodial parent to foster the
relationship between the non-custodial parent or face a change of custody. The trial court should enforce this obligation (to foster) by explicitly telling the custodial parent about it and further informing the custodial parent that if he or she is unwilling or unable to meet it, then the court stands fully prepared to change the custody order and grant custody of the children to the non-custodial parent to see if that parent could do a better job of meeting this obligation. how to lose custody
well..........
How does one foster a relationship of an "absent" NCP that refuses to have ANY contact with the child? Rather than tell the child that the mother does not want to see them do you just simply tell the child their mother died?? LOL I got told that in court a few times, I simply asked so where is the mother that I am supposed to help my children foster a relationship with... do I tie her up and force her to visit? most parents I know are honest about the other party, not to say all are.. but I will NOT lie to my children about their mother. I believe doing so will only hurt them in the long run when they become adults. Robert "fathersrights" wrote in message ...
