January/February Birthday Roll Call
Well, DH hits the big 30 on 11th February. It's significant because he
always said we wanted children by the time he was 30, lol, as though 30 is positively ancient. Reminds me of this really old sci-fi movie we saw the other night, 'Logan's Run' where no-one is allowed to live past their 30th birthday. After that they get 'renewed' which actually means liquidated into this puddle of goo. I think it was DH's ultimate horror flick. Had to remind him this is planet Earth, 2004, and there is life after 30! He's quite keen to get our future children into sports, and I think the more time he spends in front of Sky TV the less capable he feels of doing it. Well, he did get his wish to be a father before 30, but as our son was sadly stillborn less than 3 months before his 29th birthday it was not in the way he wanted, obviously. So while 'Peanut' won't be here till late June, all going well, he's a Daddy again in my eyes and I'm glad he'll have something to look forward to on his birthday. ~Amy "DeliciousTruffles" wrote in message ...
