Default Miscarriage - tingling, numbness, vision, anxiety - Five Month Update

UPDATE--- Five months later.
For my complete story see the thread below.

It will be exactly five months tomorrow since my m/c.

In this thread I asked questions regarding tingling numbness, anxiety,
vision problems.

Now that some time has passed, here is an update.

All the symptoms I mentioned have vanished. It leads us to believe
they were somehow related to the miscarriage! (although we don't
understand how)

Tingling - stopped.
Numbness - stopped.
Anxiety - stopped. (although it can still be emothional to think about
the m/c)
Visual Migraines and sensitivity to bright lights; especially
flourescent - stopped.

The Doctors (two of them) even said they couldn't rule out Multiple
Sclerosis! Even when I went to a massage therapist, she noticed right
away and with-out any cues that something was wrong, my back had knots
in the muscles. She told me she was thinking 'MS' but didn't want to
say anything. Yikes. Anyway, there have been no recurrences of any of
these symptoms either.

In Conclusion, all of these very real symptoms DID occur. Two doctors
and the internet couldn't adequately explain the sudden onset of all
these symptoms. My husband and I suspected the miscarriage on March 5
2003 as the cause (direct or indirect). It was scary, but it DID pass
over time, it has been five months (Today is Aug 4, 2003), but I
haven't noticed anything for a couple of months now.

I submit this update for anyone else who could use this info, as I
could not find any.

JJ.

Thanks for posting an update. I'm glad to hear that your odd symptoms have
gone away. Best wishes with the future, whether it holds more TTC efforts or
not :-)
