Default The F Crime: Why dentists (blindly) promote 'fluoridation'...

Special to the Clearwater Gazette editor CJ Pollick )

Maybe Clearwater Gazette editor CJ Pollick will be the first editor in
America to publicly call upon state attorney generals to simply stop the
mass water poisoning crime - NOW.

See below.

THE F CRIME: WHY DENTISTS (BLINDLY) PROMOTE "FLUORIDATION"

FACT: "Fluoridation" in most cities is the injection of hazardous substances
from waste sites (FSA, arsenic and lead) into drinking water. (Some cities
use a "pharmaceutical grade" of the cumulative poison fluoride.)

USENETTERS AND OTHER READERS,

If your dentist is promoting the mass water poisoning, here is the likely
reason why: He or she trusted dentists (or attorneys?) at the American
Dental Association/ADA who reportedly (see below) wrote in 1979:

"Individual dentists must be convinced that they need not be familiar with
scientific reports of laboratory and field investigations on fluoridation to
be effective participants in the promotion program and that nonparticipation
is overt neglect of professional responsibility."

The American Dental Association/ADA reportedly (see below) said in 1995:

"The ADA owes no legal duty of care to protect the public from allegedly
dangerous products used by dentists..." Tolhurst v. J & J and ADA, Superior
Court, Santa Clara, CA. Case No. 718228, 1995.

NOTE: Even if "fluoridation"/injection of hazardous substances from waste
sites (FSA, arsenic and lead) into drinking water was GOOD medicine - it
would still be illegal. (As indicated above, some cities force medicate with
a "pharmaceutical grade" of the cumulative poison fluoride.)

FACT: Forced medication - even with good medicine - is a CRIME - battery.

THEREFORE...

Dentists (who have called the cumulative poison fluoride a "nutrient") are
blindly urging elected officials and others to VOTE to commit the crime of
putting the poison into the water of people who don't want it there - and
elected officials and others are blindly going along with the criminal water
poisoning gag.

"Fluoridation" is OBVIOUS forced medication with a cumulative poison...

The California Supreme Court wrote in the 1993 case of Daniel Thor v.
The Superior Court of Solano County 93 C.D.O.S. 5658:

"The common law has long recognized this principle: *A physician who
performs any medical procedure without the patient's consent commits a
battery irrespective of the skill or care used." [Thor at 5659]

JUST THINK: Dentists are blindly urging elected officials and others to
commit a forced medication crime that physicians (and dentists) can get
prosecuted for...

In the US, most "fluoridation" is "unconsented touching" of people's insides
with hazardous substances from waste sites (FSA, lead and arsenic).

KEY POINT: EXPERT TESTIMONY IS NOT NEEDED to prosecute such a crime (at
least not in Missouri and probably not in most states), as in this Missouri
case law,

Wuerz v. Huffaker, 42 S.W.3d 652* (Mo.App. E.D. 2001)
THE COURT OF APPEALS OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI EASTERN DISTRICT
No. ED77427
2001.MO.0000030 http://www.versuslaw.com
January 23, 2001:

"In the absence of any consent, a physician is subject to liability for
battery....Baltzell, 752 S.W.2d at 906; Louisell & Williams, Sections 22.03,
8.06 (1998)."

"To establish battery based on lack of consent, a plaintiff is only required
to prove the occurrence of unconsented touching. Louisell & Williams,
Section 22.03."

"The sole question in such a case is whether the patient was informed of the
nature of the procedure and consented to it. Id. Thus, expert testimony is
not required..."
http://biotech.law.lsu.edu/cases/con...v_Huffaker.htm

NOTE WELL...

When it is so much as SUSPECTED that children are having their water
poisoned...

When it is so much as suspected that children are having limbs amputated as
a consequence (one Harvard dentist is under investigation for covering up
the research)...

Penal law MANDATES that the crime be reported by mandated reporters
immediately.

The State of Oregon encourages reports from EVERYONE when child abuse is
Suspected (other states likely do the same)...

"ALL OREGON CITIZENS ARE ENCOURAGED TO REPORT SUSPECTED [CHILD ABUSE] TO DHS
OR LAW ENFORCEMENT. Over 25 percent of the substantiated cases of child
abuse are reported by concerned citizens who are not required to report.
Failure to report is a violation and carries a maximum penalty of $1,000.00.
Mandatory reporters have also been successfully sued for damages in civil
court for failing to report.©®¢
http://www.oregon.gov/DHS/children/a...s/report.shtml

Oddly, Paul Connett has so far refused to publicize just the fact that
common law indicates that the mass water poisoning is a crime.

Paul Connett has also refused to publicize the fact that poisoning
children's water is obvious child abuse - which is strange because...

Paul Connett likes to tell everyone about how babies who drink formula
reconstituted with poisoned water get as much as 100 times more of the
poison than breastfed babies. See www.fluoridealert.org.

Paul also likes to tell everyone about the Harvard dentistry professor
alluded to above who apparently concealed the conclusion of one of his own
graduate students who demonstrated that boys who drink the poisoned water
are at 700% greater risk of limb amputation and death than boys who drink
water that is not poisoned. Again, see www.fluoridealert.org.

TRULY STRANGE: Paul Connett is failing to publicize the bizarre QUILES case
rubberstamped by the Florida Supreme Court.

According to QUILES, the mass water poisoning is not forced medication
because Florida cities are "fluoridating" FAUCETS - not bloodstreams!

I only found out about QUILES because Paul Connett fobbed me off on
(instantly had at the ready the email address for) the losing QUILES
attorney - Doug Balog - when I asked Paul why he wasn't publicizing the
criminal aspect of the mass water poisoning....

For details...

See The F Crime: The QUILES faucet fraud...
http://groups.google.com/group/
misc.kids.pregnancy/msg/b6568f6e51f9d395

When one suspects that crime is being committed and that boys are having
limbs amputated as a consequence...

One reports to law enforcement immediately (and urges mandatory reporters to
report)...

THEN one focuses on dentists blindly promoting the mass suspected child
abuse.

IT'S THE LAW.

SO WHY IS PAUL CONNETT, PhD IGNORING THE LAW - IGNORING REPORTING OBVIOUS
CRIME?

WHY IS PAUL FAILING TO URGE PEOPLE TO REPORT TO **FREE ATTORNEYS** WHO CAN
IMMEDIATELY STOP THE MASS WATER POISONING CRIME?

Others are aping Paul's behavior...

"DOWNTOWN" VIRGINA BROWN...

Pinellas (Florida) Citizens for Safe Water/CSW Pres. ("Downtown") Virginia
Brown once said that she, like me, suspects child abuse and that she
believes, like me, that the water poisoning crime should be reported
immediately.

But recently, CSW Pres. Virginia Brown indicated that it's not time yet for
people to start reporting this mass water poisoning crime thought to be
causing limb amputations...

CSW Pres. Virginia Brown now indicates that Paul Connett's foot-dragging
(even as the water poisoning may be causing limb amputations) is a
"strategy"...

Maybe CSW Pres. Virginia will mention (and explain) her "strategy" in her
upcoming article in the Clearwater Gazette, CJ Pollick editor...

Maybe Clearwater Gazette editor CJ Pollick will be the first editor in
America to publicly call upon state attorney generals to simply stop the
mass water poisoning crime - NOW.

Paul Connett, PhD should NOT be limiting himself to whining about the
unscientific behavior of the American Dental Association/ADA and the fact
that dentists are still going along with ADA's water poisoning promotion
gag...

DON'T GET ME WRONG: I'm glad Paul is whining about ADA - I just want him to
start 1) publicly mentioning that common law indicates the water poisoning
is a crime and 2) urging people to start REPORTING it ...

This mass water poisoning that Paul suspects is causing limb amputations
could be ended soon - if dentists and MDs started reporting it as child
abuse.

Here is Paul's latest whining about ADA...

THE FLUORIDE ACTION NETWORK

FAN Bulletin #519: ADA, due diligence and liability.

March 11, 2006.

Dear All,

I recently circulated the American Dental Association's (ADA) statement from
a Superior Court in California, in which this organization claimed no
liability or responsibility for mercury amalgams and thereby attempted to
ditch their members from any legal help when confronted with lawsuits on
this practice (see FAN bulletins # 512 and 516). I am anxious to hear from
more readers on the responses to this quote that they have had from their
own dentist, or other dentists. How do they feel about being ditched in this
way? Is this what they expected?

Earlier, I had distributed another shocking quote from the ADA on what it
considers to be the "professional" behavior required of their members on the
fluoridation issue. I think it is useful to put these two quotes side by
side. In my view, one quote suckers the dentists into endorsing and
promoting something - without exercising any due diligence in the matter -
and the other says, by the way, if you did what we recommended on another
practice, we are sorry but "you are on your own if you get sued for
following our advice."

I hope you find these two quotes helpful in your dealings with the ADA and
the dentists they continue to dupe.

You might also run both of these quotes past your local doctor as well. Too
many doctors rely on what the AMA tells them, and in this case the AMA
relies on the ADA on dental matters, even though in this case it involves
health concerns which go far beyond teeth. Indeed, on health and
toxicological issues, neither the ADA, nor its members, has any significant
training. So there is a whole lot of duping going on. The ADA dupes its
membership, as well as duping the AMA and then the AMA dupes its membership!
Then the Dental and Medical schools dupe their students. Of course, the nice
thing for students and very busy professionals about being duped, is you
don't have to read or study anything! Which is fine until someone holds you
accountable for the advice you give to the public. Thus, the so-called
"sophisticated" medical and dental communities in Burlington, Vermont, may
live to regret the moronic ads that they signed in Burlington, Vermont.
"Got teeth, keep fluoride!" Hardly, due diligence.

QUOTE 1: The "professional" advice the ADA gave to dentists on fluoridation
in a White Paper they issued in 1979:

"Individual dentists must be convinced that they need not be familiar with
scientific reports of laboratory and field investigations on fluoridation to
be effective participants in the promotion program and that nonparticipation
is overt neglect of professional responsibility."

QUOTE 2: The ADA's attempt to avoid liabilities for mercury amalgams and
other "allegedly dangerous products used by dentists."

"The ADA owes no legal duty of care to protect the public from allegedly
dangerous products used by dentists. The ADA did not manufacture, design,
supply or install the mercury containing amalgams. The ADA does not control
those who do. The ADA's only alleged involvement was to provide information
regarding its use."

Tolhurst v. J & J and ADA, Superior Court, Santa Clara, CA. Case No. 718228,
1995.

There is a third quote, not from the ADA, but from me:

"Fluoridation is for the birds: they promote it like parrots and defend it
like chickens!"

Hopefully, the chickens will come home to roost when the lawsuits for
[CIVIL] liability begin.

Paul Connett

END Paul's latest whining about ADA...

I, too, am in favor of lawsuits for CIVIL liability - but I am also in favor
of lawsuits for CRIMINAL liability - criminal prosecutions - until the mass
water poisoning ends.

I am also in favor of pardons in advance (for the criminal liability) for
all concerned. As dental students - even after graduation - dentists are
TRAINED to promote obvious crime - and dentists in turn train elected
officials and others to commit the obvious crime...

Since it is suspected that the mass water poisoning is causing limb
amputations and worse....

Since the mass water poisoning would be illegal (see case law above) even if
it PREVENTED limb amputations...

It is time for state attorney generals to stop the criminal water-poisoning
public policy called "fluoridation."

As usual, I will cc Oregon's foot-dragging state attorney general Hardy
Myers via .

Thanks for reading,

Sincerely,

Todd

PS Ending the mass water poisoning is not my priority.

My priority is stopping obstetricians from closing birth canals up to 30%
and stopping them from robbing babies of up to 50% of their blood volume.

Obstetricians are lying to cover-up their bizarre birth behaviors.

For the Four OB Lies...

See Dents in babies' skulls"
http://groups.google.com/group/
misc.kids.pregnancy/msg/08abfc7ff242150e

Alternate URL: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group...t/message/3897

OB Lie #4 involves obstetricians are saying they are doing everything
possible to open birth canals maximally when babies' shoulders get stuck -
even as they promote a position which keeps the birth canal closed the
"extra" up to 30%.

It's sort of like CDC saying it's Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease
Registry/ATSDR "work[s] with states...to prevent exposure to hazardous
substances from waste sites"...
http://www.atsdr.cdc.gov/DRO/r1.html

....even as CDC promotes the injection of hazardous substances from waste
sites (FSA, arsenic and lead) into drinking water as "one of the top 10
public health measures"...

ONE LAST NOTE: Pinellas Citizens for Safe Water member Henry "Jake" Morgan
has been publicly pretending that discussing other yet unprosecuted massive
child abuse schemes (obstetric baby asphyxiation and birth-canal-closing) is
not relevant to discussion of the mass water poisoning child abuse scheme on
his putatively uncensored list...

Jake did not cave to CSW Pres. Virginia Brown's/Steve Szmidt's calls for my
censorship - but Jake is again making censorship noises - using ostensible
lack of relevance of other yet unprosecuted mass child abuse schemes as his
excuse.
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group...t/message/4184

Hopefully, Pinellas County Florida anti-fluoride workers read this post via
other channels if Jake has finally decided to censor me.

Clearwater Gazette editor CJ Pollick is free to publish this email - as are
other newspaper editors who may be reading.

Maybe Clearwater Gazette editor CJ Pollick will be the first editor in
America to publicly call upon state attorney generals to simply stop the
mass water poisoning crime - NOW.
