Default Pain in abdomen

I am now just past the 10 weeks stage and although the period-like
pains I was initially suffering from have all but gone, I still get a
horrible dull ache in my abdomen - probably about once every 2 days.
It lasts for about 2 minutes and is accompanied by a feeling of nausea
and backache. It tends to ease off if I get up and walk around so am
not unduly concerned but was wondering if anyone else had experience
similar pain, and more importantly, WHEN WILL IT END?!!!
