Why is this a crime if they have nudist camps for kids?
Why is this a crime if they have nudist camps for kids? Exactly
what law has been broken? D.C. Officer Charged in Second Nudity Case By David A. Fahrenthold and Arthur Santana Washington Post Staff Writers Thursday, October 23, 2003; Page B01 A D.C. police officer arrested this week for indecent behavior in Fairfax County faced new charges yesterday in the District, where police said that he was naked while playing Ping-Pong with an 11-year-old boy. David E. Parnigoni, 33, a former youth baseball coach and teacher's aide in the D.C. public schools, was caught with the child July 22 by an adult at a home in Northwest Washington, police said. The boy was clothed during the game, police said. Parnigoni, who lives on Capri Court in Falls Church, turned himself in to D.C. police at 7:15 a.m. yesterday, authorities said. He later pleaded not guilty in D.C. Superior Court to charges of exposing himself to a minor and an adult. Magistrate Judge Richard H. Ringell released Parnigoni on his own recognizance but ordered that he have no contact with the boy and that he stay away from children unless they are being supervised by other adults. Parnigoni left the courthouse without commenting. His attorney, Robert Boraks, declined to comment. The new charges came two days after Fairfax County police arrested Parnigoni on charges that he behaved inappropriately on two occasions this year with two 11-year-old boys who visited his home. Fairfax County police said that Parnigoni played a betting game in which the loser was required to strip naked and run through the house. Police said that he and the boys disrobed while playing. |

Fahrenthold and Arthur Santana Washington Post Staff Writers Thursday, October 23, 2003; Page B01 [story snipped] Because 1) nudist and clothing-optional venues that include children require the express permission of the parent(s) or guardian(s) for the child to attend with anyone other than the parent/guardian; and 2) nudist and clothing-optional venues are not for the purpose of sexually stimulating attendees. Apparently, from what's on the news wires, this guy did not have parental permission for the kids to be nude (or for him to be nude in their presence), and was doing it in order to sexually stimulate himself and/or the boys. That is not nudism; that is a crime. Bill -- Bill Peckenpaugh http://www.plimu.com/bill.htm (Boring me...) http://www.plimu.com/daniel.htm (The Amazing Daniel!) |

Because his house is not a recognised nudist camp, beach or "colony". Duh. -Mapi ------------------------- No, there isn't any such thing as a "recognized nudist camp" and there is no such status under law anyway, you don't need any sort of legal recognition to be a totally "legitimate" indoor or fenced and secluded nudist retreat because nudism is EVERYONE'S RIGHT, and many such exist all over the place! You'd be quite surprised how close nudism with children is being carried on all around you. You'd ALSO be surprised how many homes quite near you have been used for groupsex get togethers! Doesn't look like more than a quiet card party. It's merely because his parents don't like it. In this society parents are seen as "owning" their children. If you do things to them without permission you get dinged. Steve |
