Not quality, quantity

Move 'em thru the doors!



CPS exists on numbers. True social workers have licenses, certifications, and
must uphold and adhere to ethical standards.

Caseworkers (the worst of' em according to Gelles) manifest the following
traits:

1. Age under 25

2. Have no social work degrees. Certainly not a master's MSW.

3. Their first job.

4. Childless themselves.


CPS is a PROFESSION TOTALLY CREATED BY GOVERNMENT. And if enough folks
complain, network, take 'em to court and sue, GVT will listen (at least
somewhat)

And the keyword for suits is NEGLIGENCE, WHETHER CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE OR GROSS
NEGLIGENCE. States differ in the law on what constitutes the above.
