Default postpartum weight loss

At 3 weeks postpartum, I'm ready to lose this weight! I look like I had
liposuction and have all this loose skin around my stomach. Does anyone
have any exercises that will work to get rid of this?

The loose skin will only tighten up with time.
I'm afraid there really isn't anything to do but be patient
with that. Eat healthy foods, move, and things will work
out over time. I know that's not the quick fix anyone
wants, but there isn't any silver bullet for getting that
skin to tighten up again. It goes faster for some, and
slower for others. You're still very early in the process.
Even if you do nothing much, things will look very different
in just a month. Your body does recover, just maybe not
as fast as you'd like it to.

Best wishes,
Ericka

The stomach goes away on its own. You don't have to do a thing, just be
patient :-)

The poundage is another thing. That actually goes away fairly easily if you
eat well and exercise. I'm not sure when you can start exercising. I'm not
to into that, lol.

It may take up to 9 months for your hips and everything to go back to their
original shape. After my second my ribcage and feet never did return to
where they were.

I haven't had post-baby abs yet, but I have always been a little curvy
and I highly recomend Spanks. They smooth everything out, it's just too
bad they come in beige. LOL
