Default how massage used to work for common cold on me

hi,
i remember my father used to massage me with an ayurvedic/allopathic
balm (transfer of energy to me) and bundle me tightly in clothes and
then my cold used to get cured.

then came the medicine bandwagon and said that massage is useless or
only psychological. so what we knew worked, did not work.

in case of fever, i remember once when medication did not work, a 20
cc injection with ice cold water and 18 gauge needle was directed at
the forehead and it cooled the person down and broke the fever. The
medication was simple Crocin (paracetamol / acetaminophen in USA).

Consult Dr Bhavasar first or your medical expert first.

Erach
