CPS will CYA when it comes to cases where children under the agency
supervision are placed in the homes of perverts. IF they report the
incident/s to the authorities - as in Law Enforcement, not their own peers -
it is my experience that there is such watered-down versions of what really
happened that unless there is intervention from caring others, it all gets
flushed away.

It's a problem in that "wolves go where the sheep are". In one case that I
was involved in helping, the child's cps caseworker copied certain agency
documents and drove out to my house and delivered them to me, along with her
signed written release, allowing me to share them with law enforcement and
the child's attorney. This was her last day of employment with the State!
I will forever appreciate her bravery and dedication.

Why is it that a Child Protection caseworker
has to be ON THE WAY OUT before they
actually do the right thing?

This is about the third story I've seen where
a caseworker about to resign helped out families
the agency was in the process of ABUSING.

I've also heard from other former caseworkers that
many of them know that they are doing the WRONG
thing, but fear losing their JOB.

This is why I compare many of them to guards
at some famous ""Work Camps"" who claimed they
didn't know.... and wer justt followink orderss...
