I'm pregnant.

I'm trying to work out when I ovulated. My cycles are usually between 29 and
36+ days, usually towards the later end.
My temperature rise was on day 21, I had what felt like really bad period
pain on day 25, started feeling sick on day 27, and got a (strong) +ve test
today-day 35.

Can you get implantation pain? Or was it just that I was ill or something?

I'm guessing I ovulated about day 20, which would go with implanting on day
25, which is why I wondered.

Debbie
(hoping #3 doesn't make her as sick for as long as #1 and #2 did)

Hi Debbie

I got period type pains and cramps when I fell pregnant with Joanna so
probably normal. Congratulations on your 3rd bump and I hope all goes really
well for you.

awww, congratulations Debbie, you had me wondering yesterday, but you say
you only found out today, how bizarre!

yes, you can get pain on implantation, but I thought implantation was closer
to 10 days after ovulation, which is how an implantation bleed can be taken
for an early period and the pregnancy be dated almost 28 days out. Again,
the earliest sickness is usually felt is 10 days, so I'd guess ovulation
more like day 17.

I expect your planning to have scans, so that will tell you more.

Cheers

Anne

My brain isn't working this morning, so I can't help you here, but I
had implantation pain with my third.

I hope not, too! Congratulations, Debbie! I'm happy to see your

Congratulations! That's fabulous!

You sound a bit like I was with Xander (only it was a very weird
cycle--ovulated twice in one month, two weeks apart--which is how we
ended up pg--ovulated a few days after I was due to start my period, so
we thought it was ok to go unprotected.). Ovulated the second time on
day 39, had cramping and pain (thought I was starting) on day 44, sick
as a dog by day 46. Had a Dr. appointment on day 46 for my annual
exam--she did the pee test (which I had been doing for a week by this
time cause I still hadn't had a period--I'm a regular as clockwork 35
dayer), then the pelvic, and told me she was 99.9999% sure that I was
*not* pg. When I asked if maybe it was just too early to tell via
urine, she repeated the 99.9999% sure thing. Had a strong positive test
11 dpo (4 days later on day 50). He's now 5 years old! :-)
