DCF FL cw arrested 4 falsifying documents

Now it's a crime in Florida to falsify documents.

Of course, how many caseworkers in Florida did just that? Including the
caseworker of one Rilya Wilson, whom the cw swore she visited for at least a
year.

And her supervisor colluded in the lies.
