My wifes feet starts swelling in evening and by morning its back to
normal. Is there any massage I can do to fix the sweeling in evening?
I know its hot in the Los Angeles region and maybe thats one of the
reasons ( I live in Hollywood / BUrbank locality ). I am in my 6 month
of pregnancy..

The only thing that worked for me was to put my feet up on a hassock in the
evening, and on a couple of pillows at night in bed (if she's comfortable
like that). She could also try an afternoon glass of homemade lemonade
(lemon juice is a natural diuretic) to counteract some of the water
retention. Unfortunately, swollen ankles are just part of the whole
experience for some of us. It will go away... after delivery.

Hopefully others will have additional suggestions for you.

Best wishes,

Donna

The last two weeks of my preg with DS, my feet and lower legs near my ankles
were like PlayDoh from the swelling. You could push with your finger and the
indent would stay for a couple of minutes. Yuck! Only thing that helped was
laying with my feet up slightly and of course having DS :-)

I suffer from the same type of Play Dough ankles. Yuck is right!!! I went
today for my final manicure and pedicure before having the baby and it was
embarrassing just how horrible my cankles looked!
