Feeling Very Stupid But Worried - Have I harmed my baby?? by
Rafael
Hi,
I feel very stupid for doing what I've done but I'm worried
nevertheless. I am 27 weeks pregnant and sporting a fair sized bump.
My car only just fits in to my garage and even then, I need to fold in
the wing mirrors. Having said that, about 2 months ago, I was still
able to comfortably...

knowledge I took OC pills for postponement of my periods a week back.
Does it effect my baby badly? I'm really worried. Please help me.

Christmas Gifting Question by
Jamie Clark
Okay ladies...just curious what you guys do for Christmas gifts for your
kids preschool teachers (if your kids are in preschool) or housecleaners?
Or other "service" people...hairdresser, etc.
This is Taylor's first year preschool. She just started in September, and
she's in a big class -- 32...

stupid question - would appreciate some help by
PK
Last night, I experienced something unsual, and am wondering if anyone
else has too.
On the right side of my body probably slight above my belly button, but
towards the periphery of my uterus (probably 2 inches under the right
half of my rib cage) I felt what felt like gas bubbles....

Green stool after reduction surgery by
JTDD73
Hello
My 6-month old underwent surgery for intussusception 6 days ago. The
surgeon wanted to continue giving her clear liquids for at least a
couple more days, but the doctor in charge of the PICU insisted she
needed to eat, and finally my baby is getting breast milk. However her
stools have been...

I had to reach out. I am home alone with a cold and fever and I
strated to bleed yesterday. This morning I passed something about the
size of a raising (should I keep it for the doctor?). I cannot even
explain what I feel. This is not the first time since this summer....A
good start,...

Oh hell by
Mogget
My week's just not getting any better.
I just saw my midwife Katie. She has resigned. Bloody politics.
Basically she was hounded out. I don't blame her in the slightest for
going. I wouldn't want to work in that culture of blame either.
But this leaves me in the lurch. If I stick with the...

embarrassing question by
Anne Rogers
I've been stalling over asking this question, I'll probably have to go to my
GP and it's probably going to take me a while to pluck up the courage.
Basically I've noticed 2 problems since Ada's birth, firstly when we have
intercourse I feel like I want to go do a number two, even if I have
recently...

New Here by
Nancy
Hello!
I have been reading this group for...way too many years to admit!
Anyways, after struggling with PCOS for years, and after 5 IUI cycles
(including 2 on injectables), I am pregnant!
However, it hasn't been easy so far. A (maybe not-so-brief) history:

pregnant 17 year old by
Chris
My stepdaughter decided to get pregnant again. The first pregnancy did not
come to term. She will be 18 next month. Her mother prefers to have her
continue to live in our home even though I informed both of them the first
time around that I refused to allow a second family to live here....

Pretty much decided on a homebirth by
Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward
Some of you may recall I posted a few weeks ago about being booked at a
large teaching hospital in Boston (Brigham & Women's) for my delivery,
but being interested in an epidural-free birth.
Looking around me, and talking to friends who've had babies in
hospitals, I discovered that not one, not a...
