I don't see any explanation of MMR supposed toxicity on that page.

Rather, I see a sad and misguided letter.

Methylmalonic acidaemia is a genetic disorder that affects neonates,
kids younger than those who would get MMR. The gov't is not blind to
this disorder, rather, it doesn't waste it time with stupid ideas, like
those on the whaleto website.
