Default Child abuse or OI aka brittle bone disease?

Cuz CPS took an infant away from a very nice, professional middle-class family
merely on a suspicion of child abuse.

Family had to flee the US after the intransigent DSS, CPS, DHS ill-trained
workers and even medical personnel became *involved in helping this family.*

Unfortunately, brittle bone disease often mimics abuse, but not nearly as often
as those individuals who support abuse and abhor government intervention would
like us to believe. A child may be removed who subsequently presents with
brittle bone. A physician must diagnosis brittle bone. When the mistake is
made, it should and would be immediately corrected if individuals would stop
denigrating CPS and would start voting for taxes which allowed for a better
system.

I suspect you are a non-paying complainer.

Who in their right mind would SUPPORT abuse?

I guess there's a few.

FYI (asCPS) a family from PA had their two month old daughter removed
last summer by CPS because of an unexplained broken bone. In October
the family had one of the foremost BBD experts on the east coast
diagnose the cause of the broken bone as a calcium deficiency. The
county put the parents on trial in court till March of this year
claiming that there was nothing medically wrong with the child; that
the broken bone was caused by abuse.

When the Judge ordered that the child be reunited with the parents the
father went to CPS' pediatrician to get the babies medical records.

The doctor told the father to be sure to continue the special
medications the little girl was taking. The father asked what
medications he was referring to.

The doctor replied that he had been treating the child for TBBD since
it was diagnosed FIVE MONTHS EARLIER!!!

If these parents had lost in court they would never have discovered
that the County AND CPS knew FOR MONTHS that their daughter WAS
SUFFERING from TBBD because the child was offered to the foster
parents for adoption.

This was the first and last child the foster parents will ever care
for.

They withdrew as fosterparents because of what they saw CPS do to the
babies natural family.

Best, Dan
